I’m my worst enemy when it comes to Jiu Jitsu, always have the internal battles. Whether it’s techniques I’m trying or working on or something I saw someone else do. I’m like a magpie with shinny shit and want it all.

Jiu-jitsu keeps me honest. You’re not worrying about the world outside or whatever life has for you at that time when someone is trying to choke you. You have to address that pretty quick. Mind you it’s a friend of mine trying to do it so it’s all good.

It’s fun, it’s different if you have never tried a martial art before and you will discover a lot about yourself. After a training session the day won’t seem too daunting for you. It’s the best stress and anxiety relief you can do in my opinion.

Come down a try it, we have loads of classes and people on the same boat just starting out. Plenty of us to help out.
