Who We Are: Ezra Fa’alogo
Not Just a Martial Art, a Way of Life
Health & P.E. Teacher, Brown Belt
“About 3 years ago I listened to a podcast by Joe Rogan and his guest, Eddie Bravo and I was hooked.
My biggest challenge is always the development of my technique. There is never any finish line to Jiu-Jitsu, there are always ways to subtly refine and improve upon your technique. Jiu jitsu attracts people from all walks of life, who have a shared goal of getting better- which is an infectious environment to be in. The best thing about Jiu-jitsu is that you improve every time you train- just showing up. It may not seem like it, or it may not seem like much, but every session you leave a little more capable than when you walked in.
Jiu Jitsu offers you a guaranteed avenue of self-improvement, that you can apply to other parts in your life.”
